California Impact Republicans Congratulate the CA GOP Platform Drafting Committee.

The proposed California Republican Party platform was witnessed in its’ creation by many conservative activists – the responses and accounts were overwhelmingly positive. It is due to be released publicly very soon.

“We are thrilled to see that the new CA GOP Platform is more solidly in line with Republican Values than the outgoing platform”, said CIR President John Briscoe.

“The new platform has the traditional values that the base of the GOP cherishes as well as addressing some of the more recent issues plaguing California”, said CIR Executive Vice President Todd Blair.

The newly proposed California Republican Party platform was edited for errors and added strong language in opposition to Agenda 21/Central Planning and in defense of proposition 13.

“We salute the leadership of the GOP for listening to the activists and are gratified to see this issue resolved with such professionalism by all”, concluded CIR President John W Briscoe

The CIR will be presenting its’ paperwork for consideration of a Charter at the California Republican Party Convention in Anaheim in September. We look forward to seeing you in September.

The California Impact Republican’s Board of Directors is proud to announce the charter of the Huntington Valley Impact Republicans.

The Huntington Valley Impact Republicans will serve Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach in Orange County. “This is the first of many chapters that are organizing all over the state for the Impact Republicans”, said founding CIR President John W Briscoe. “Once again Orange County leads the way for California Republicans”

The CIR is centered on recruiting Conservative Republican candidates for local office, training and equipping leaders, fundraising and endorsing candidates for partisan office based on a different metric than other Republican Groups have used in the past.

“The Huntington Valley IR is full of new blood for the conservative Republican movement”, continued Briscoe, “The CIR adds to the Republican metric in California” The Huntington Valley IR features three board members who have never served in leadership of any Republican volunteer organization, and over a quarter of its’ members are new to membership in Republican volunteer politics.

California Impact Republicans Official Launch Today

Today, the California Impact Republicans unveiled their Facebook Page, Facebook Group, @CAImpactReps Twitter profile  and their website at www.impactrepublicans.com.

The California Impact Republicans is founded on a “best practices” principle of grassroots organizing centered on results.

“The days of Pyrrhic victories are over”, said John Briscoe founding President of CIR, “This is not your grandfather’s Republican Group”.

The word Impact implies action. “We are an action-based organization”, said Briscoe, “The CIR is founded to re-engage effective people that care about winning and building the conservative brand in the California Republican Party.  We will provide our members with a healthy environment to become leaders in their communities free of the drama and the debating society”

All members, not just a small percentage, will be voting delegates to the annual CIR state convention, so everyone has a say. “This minimizes the incentive to manipulate the process, thereby empowering everyone to have a voice”, said CIR Membership Vice President George Park.

The CIR is committed to recruiting Conservative Republican candidates for local office, training and equipping leaders, fundraising, and endorsing candidates for public office based on a different metric than other Republican groups have used in the past.

The CIR will evaluate candidate viability, record of service to the GOP as well as track record in determining endorsements. This, when combined with the CIR’s stated goals of training, equipping and activism, will set a new standard for Republican groups.

The CIR will be presenting its credentials for consideration of a charter at the California Republican Party Convention in Anaheim in September.
